| MVA is responsible to update and enhance the EMSD Bollard Geographic Information system under the ArcView3.2a platform. A new user-interface for querying the bollard information including images is developed. |
| Besides, MVA has developed a GPS download program called "MVAGPS" which can help EMSD users to downaload GPS data from the etrex Gramin GPS; transform GPS data to the local coordinate system and import GPS data into the exisitng Bollard GIS platform. This program is developed under Visual Basic 6.0. |
